I understand however that copies of Drew's letter were circulated to all newspapers in Canada in anticipation of the document being tabled in the House of Commons on July 15. Colonel Drew himself has also circulated copies to various Members of Parliament. The contents are therefore known to a great many persons and will almost certainly be used when the matter is debated in Parliament, probably this week. I have not myself yet seen a copy of the letter but am trying to obtain one,
